Therapeutic Massage

We will collaborate on a unique plan to alleviate discomfort and stiffness in the soft tissues of the body. Therapeutic massage can also improve circulation, reduce stress, and boost overall feelings of wellbeing.
Basalt Stone Massage
$175 ninety minutes
Heated basalt stones are applied to the body from head to toe. This modality delivers deep relaxation to the muscles and the mind. This is a perfect choice for those needing deep relief without deep pressure. The combination of stones and oil also provide the added benefit of exfoliation and moisturization of the skin.

About Grasslands
Hello, my name is Cori Phillips. I am a 200-RYT yoga instructor, social-emotional wellness facilitator, and licensed massage therapist. I have lived my entire life in Wichita, KS and the health of my community is very important to me. I believe whole-heartedly that the kindest thing we can do for those we love is to take good care of ourselves.
Wellness experiences and activities such as yoga and massage therapy are often framed as luxurious or an occasional treat. It is my strong belief that utilizing these services in a regular and therapeutic way can be life changing. I began practicing yoga in the year 2000 and it has become an integral facet of my life. It has had a positive effect on my mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing and I believe that all people deserve access to this transformational practice.
I began my wellness facilitation journey with therapeutic massage training. I then made the transition to yoga and social-emotional wellness training. It has been incredible to meld together these two modalities to offer a more well-rounded approach to both. If you’ve ever been made to feel that yoga or massage “is not for you” I’d love to show you that these wellness modalities are for every body.
